The other day in the Bay Area News Group reported on the Lancaster Vs City of pleasanton case. City Attourney Jonathan Lowell was quated as saying the claims against Martens lacked any merrit. I wonder why his charges were dropped? The actions of the Pleasanton Police in this matter are criminal. I woukd sugest that officer martens testimony in the future is worth nothing as he claimed to have found drugs on Lancaster then the DA drops charges due to lack of evidence? So quite clear the martens acusations lacked merrit I don't think so Mr. Lowell. The more you try and sweep it under the rug the more foolish you look. The attourney genrals office or the FBI should investigate the matter maybe they will.

THe people of pleasanton need to know wjho is policing theier streets. They also need to know the integrity concerns about City Attourney Jonathan Lowell. Tip of the iceburg and I bet when its oveer people wish they had done the right thing instead of continuing the compromising actions taken in covering up coruption.

Trey Secord had given officer Martens information he knew to be false. Martens Lied on a police report stating he had dispatch run lancasters records and found out he had a search clause then searched. Reality is he had run lancaster records two days before even corrected lancasters Birthdate to Trey Secord. Why lie about that Tim Martens wrote a knowingly false police report thats a crime poszxsiably a felony. I wouldn't pat yourself on the back just yet Mr. Lowell, Mr. Martens, and Mr. slouhurber. Its the tip of the iceburg. wait until a outside agency looks at the mess of amended reports and false statements. I believe your outlook will be slightly different.

The only criminal in this matter is the drug using, illegal firearms possessing, deadbeat dad known as brian lancaster. let us not forget, lancaster's own attourney asked the judge to dismiss martens from the lawsuit. that's the very definition of a bogus claim "lacking merit".

Does anyone know of an unbiased source that describes this entire matter? Something besides the PW reporting or the comments found in the forums. Either this is a tempest in a teapot, with a lot of minor players attempting to sway the public to their particular views, or it's truly a story worth reading about.

Joe,

You can always drive to the courthouse in San Francisco and look at the case, right there on paper and make up your own mind. Or wait until the case is heard, I'm sure there will be reporting on it.

The whole case has been a colossal waste of time and valuable resources. One dismissal after another and straight down the drain, just where this cowards bogus lawsuit belongs. They should put fatso on a hard labor prison program to pay back all the money he's wasted with his pathetic whiny finger pointing vomit!

Guess the Judge didn't care for the weepy narrative with all the delusions and lies. Did Lancaster forget to bring his Purple Heart Medal? Lol... See ya hero!!!

Joe, more like a tempest in a teacup. Just ONE minor player spewing his manipulative fodder everywhere. Who do you think wrote this "story"?? There are no "unbiased" stories because all other parties he involved in his world of make-believe have declined to comment to the media.
