Reception Sunday as Wente Vineyards hosts local artist Nicole Wakeman's work during August

Wente Vineyards Estate Winery will host a reception Sunday for local award-winning artist Nicole Wakeman whose solo exhibition of her abstract and mixed media acrylics will be on display during the month of August. The reception will be held from 1-3 p.m. in Wente's Estate Tasting Room, 5565 Tesla Road, Livermore. Wakeman is known for her dynamic coloration and exploration of media, surface, transparency, and bold experiments with gels and acrylic mediums. Nicely Done Jeb :) As an Artist and Art Lover I'm happy to hear it and I'll be sure to check it out. Love the pics too ~

It would be lovely to hear all about the Art Happenings around our Tri Valley area ~

Who doesn't want to know about art events?

As long as the announcement isn't about promoting oneself.

I had no idea that there were other artists in the Tri Valley.
