Hogarty Needs Remedial English Class

Original post made by taxpayer on Apr 5, 2013

Either Wm Hogarty is the most illiterate poster on this forum or someone is trying pretty hard to make him look that way.
I have no direct knowledge of his financial scams so I will not comment here. What I can say is that if my 9 year old had written a story with so many spelling and grammatical errors she would have been taking remedial English classes all summer long.
If you want to sound stupid, keep doing what you are doing. If you want to pretend to be a "real businessman", learn how to write.

It's funny how he now claims a business administration degree when his degree is in nutrition. What he claims the degree is depends on the nature of the scam. When he's hawking used cars, of course the business administration degree sounds better so he lies like normal and claims a degree he doesn't have. Then when he's hawking his weight loss bars through yet another multi level marketing scheme, he will then admit a degree in nutrition. So his education really varies depending on who he's trying to scam.

If you go to his personal web site or any bio, he goes from writing in the third person to writing in the first, often in the same sentence. It's like he wants everyone to believe someone else is saying good things about him, but two words later slips by writing it from himself. Honestly, he speaks of mental illness in others and I wonder if he's the one needing mental health services. There's nothing wrong with it if true, but I don't know that he can see what see what everyone else can.

He's written on blogs several times with good things about himself pretending someone else wrote them, but his grammar and punctuation gives him away every time. Same silly mistakes taught in grade school. He's fooling no one except maybe himself. If you read through old blogs, his wife's writing style is also a dead give away even when she pretends to be someone else.

It boggles my mind that they both think they are helping themselves with their horrible writings that truly look as if a fourth grader would have written.

There's nothing wrong with grade school writing if you are in grade school. Some very smart people don't have more than a grade school education. The problem in this case is that even on this subject he can't help but lie. He seriously boasts about a business administration degree in order to gain trust and respect from those he victimizes. It's just another from of fraud. Here's the bio from his used car sales company where he seriously claims a degree in business administration:

Ask yourself this.....If you were buying a used car from a "sales manager", would your feel better if he had a business administration degree or a degree in nutrition? He knows the answer and what will increase his odds of "closing the deal" so what he lacks, he just invents. I won't say what school he claims it to be from since it's not fair to embarrass them, but certainly he'd have better writing skills if he truly had the business degree he now claims.

Here's a quote from his own website www.williamhogarty.com:

"William Hogarty went to San Jose State University and got a degree in Business Marketing and Nutrition."

So here you can see his dual degree is now in "business MARKETING and nutrition". San Jose State is actually confused by the business marketing degree not having offered anything with that name. Here's what he was up to (more illegal activity, this time cocaine related) when he probably should have been studying:

Finally, if you search a little further, he attempts to make his nutrition education relevant to the business world by talking about "financial fitness".

Truly, anything he writes, had a hand in writing or says, assume it's false unless you can independently verify it.

On a side note, if he owes you money and even though he seeks to "move on" now this his bankruptcy was denied, just know he just embarked on a seven day vacation with his wife. If he can afford fancy vacations, he can afford to pay his creditors and those he defrauded.
