Obama To Resign from Office Before He Is Impeached and Driven from Office?

Original post made by Appalled, Another Pleasanton neighborhood, on Jul 25, 2014

Recent objective polling from Fox News shows that a majority of the country, minus members of the Democrat Party, thinks Barack Obama no longer wants to be president and is thinking about resigning. The same majority thinks that the tyrannical Obama has overstepped his authority in ways that deserve impeachment. What is most obvious, the polls indicate, is that because of Republican patriotic opposition to tyranny, Obama is thinking about resigning, perhaps before he is impeached.

From Recent Objective Fox Poll: (margin of error +/- 4%)

He's too arrogant to admit he's failed his blind followers and our country, but nice try. Next.....

Yes, arrogance. Yet another reason for the right-wing geniuses to impeach.
(Talking about diseased!)

Anything to say about the poll, Disease -- you know, like the way the questions were posed, that kind of thing?

I don't agree with the interpretation of the numbers.

Do "Do You Think and Yes and No seem to mean the same thing...yup!"

am I correct? or, is there a difference tween the 2?

Yes, Appalled, he's arrogant, for no good reason. Executive orders, unconstitutional edicts, failed foreign policy, impotent leadership, no transparency, misdirection from one scandal after another, a few involving citizens dying.
Thank God he'll be out of office in a couple of more years (of destruction). Impeachment will never occur as long as Harry Reid and Pelosi are alive, but we can always hope (for change).

Realistically there is no chance of Obama either resigning or being impeached, however it is interesting to see how some of his statements have come back to bite him!
Obama:

I will have the most transparent administration in history.
The stimulus will fund shovel-ready jobs.
I am focused like a laser on creating jobs.
The IRS is not targeting anyone.
It was a spontaneous riot about a movie.
I will put an end to the type of politics that "breeds division, conflict and cynicism".
You didn't build that!
I will restore trust in Government.
The Cambridge cops acted stupidly.
The public will have 5 days to look at every bill that lands on my desk
It's not my red line - it is the world's red line.
Whistle blowers will be protected in my administration.
We got back every dime we used to rescue the banks and auto companies, with interest.
I am not spying on American citizens.
Obama Care will be good for America .
You can keep your family doctor.
Premiums will be lowered by $2500.
If you like it, you can keep your current healthcare plan.
It's just like shopping at Amazon.
I knew nothing about "Fast and Furious" gunrunning to Mexican drug cartels.
I knew nothing about IRS targeting conservative groups.
I knew nothing about what happened in Benghazi .
I have never known my uncle from Kenya who is in the country illegally and that was arrested and told to leave the country over 20 years ago.
And, I have never lived with that uncle. He finally admitted (12-05-2013) that he DID know his uncle and that he DID live with him.
If elected I promise not to renew the Patriot Act.
If elected I will end the war in Iraq and Afghanistan within the 1st 9 months of my term.
I will close Guantanamo within the first 6 months of my term.
I will bridge the gap between black and white and between America and other countries.

The solitary nocturnal dreamstate products of the WingNut Right are facilitated by fantasies such as this. Perhaps if they weren't so guano-crazy, they could find someone to participate with them.

Instead, they post plaintively, and incessantly on the PW Town Square. At least they're not breeding.

Rhea Lioti: What are these so called fantasies? Are you claiming that Obama did not say any of the things posted by Daveg?

DaveG, sounds like you left Rhea babbling with no coherent comeback and the usual liberal name calling. Nice work. My kids and I are proud of you!

Those aren't Daveg's words -- they are the product of the Wingnut echo chamber, just once again cut-n-pasted here. Try googling the first two lines and you will receive back a procession of such lists from a procession of websites.

If you are fool enough to subscribe to such routinely apoplectic nonsense, I am very glad that you are increasingly in the hopelessly strident minority. So bleat on, folks. We will out-vote you, again and again, forever.

Nothing in the original post refers to Obama being arrogant. What about the polls and poll results? Does not Disease/Da Veg/"Realist" have anything to say regarding Fox News and how it polls? Or is he unable to read the results and the questions the "pollsters" generated? This no doubt is why he can only call Obama names and take utterances out of context. Just a scrambled eggs entrée of splattered claims. No actual gray matter that might link disparate facts to defensible validity claims.

A look at the polls also indicates how Mr. Scrambled Eggs and others like him are unable to spoon themselves out of the greasy frying pan of Republican hatred.

By the way, Scrambled, explain how impeachment might be obstructed by either Reid or Pelosi. You seem not to have a very good understanding of how our government works. But then, of course, so befogged by your own hatred, you don't seem to have much of an understanding of anything.

Rhea is apparently somewhat challenged when it comes to refuting or understanding all of the points DaveG posted. Note that he/she cannot address the points listed, only attacks the messenger(s). Regardless of your source for information regarding our leaderless nation, no lib or obami apologist posting on this topic can account for the fact that surveys from multiple sources (including leftist sites) have obami polling at 40% approval or. Lower.
Of course, none of these slobbering liberals will address the reason for obamas unpopularity, they continue to defend him as they and they country circles the drain. Selfish, immature, inexperienced....am I describing obami or his minions?

"We got back every dime we used to rescue the banks and auto companies, with interest."

It is weird how the bailouts get associated with Obama, when it was George Bush who did them. Obama didn't stop them, but he didn't start them either. Democrats and Republicans suck.

Appalled made an excellent point. The questions were slanted, and even Liberalism is a Disease must admit that much is evident. Historically, presidents' approval ratings fall as the election season ramps up in the face of the opposing party's attacks, and it has little or no actual correspondence to broader public sentiment or issues. By the same token, presidents often experience a measurable positive bump as they leave office as the attack rhetoric dies back.

Impeachment, as we all know, does not mean removal from office. It is a congressional charge of wrong-doing Dick Cheney does not support such a move, and, given that he himself faced an impeachment charge, he is in a good position to advise.

Conducting any polling at this point in the election cycle is folly and nonproductive, and only performed by those on the attack. And those that pay attention to such polls are buying in to that same folly.

That list is garbage, so why would I waste my weekend chasing the 2-second cut-n-paste of a foxbot? Moses could come down with a refutation in stone from on-high, and all you'd do is fabricate another list to see if you could get him to chase it, too.

No thanks, fringey. Those who suffer from severe Obama Derangement Syndrome (ODS) are not interested in anything except controversy and self-righteous anger -- much on display wherever you post.

ODS -- say it aloud. It's you and your unAmerican campaign of slander.

[Removed because it was disrespectful]

Bush's first round of bail-outs was offered without conditions. The banks took the money (a blank check requiring only 2 pages of info) and invested it in their holding companies. It accomplished nothing except to give holding companies more profits. Obama offered a second round, with specific stipulations, including repayment schedules which ensured the state would recoup from those receiving bail-out money. The latter worked; the former was a dismal failure. The latter was Obama's operation; the former was Bush's.

[Removed because it was disrespectful]

In other words, Scrambled, I'm telling the truth, only you're pointing out that I use different names on different threads.

You are probably unable to handle this distinction, Scrambled, but the PW permits using different names on DIFFERENT threads. However, the PW rules do not permit using different names on the SAME thread. Like I say, John/right/Diseased, you obviously are incapable of understanding the distinction. This is a cognitive failing on your part, which then translates into your inability to grasp and act upon moral tenets. At any rate, your claim about Bush and Obama is garbage, irrespective of whatever moniker you choose to use. Scrambled eggs again gives you away.

That guy's just a garden-variety troll who has a secret crush on Cushing. Seems bizarre, but different strokes, I guess.

Classic attention-whore -- don't feed the need, like I just did. Guarantee you he'll respond to this and demonstrate that I'm right about him and his motives.
