What happened?
We had this great feeder program in PUSD.
Now all new principal are coming from outside of PUSD.

If the School Broad has the time can you please explain?

If they have time? They need to explain.

So 3-2 vote "the five-member school board found no merits to a complaint filed by an employee after an independent investigation was launched". So pretty much the cover-up as we expected. Way to ruin a good man.

Formerly Dan from BC is a registered user.

The API test scores at her previous school increased a little until 2013 when it dipped 6%. Standardized testing was spotty at best.

The school also ranked 4/10 statewide and 8/10 with schools of comparable demographics.

"The complaint and the person filing it were not disclosed."

Nor was the apology, I take it.

What's the best way for the above posters to receive the answers to questions that they obviously have?

Maybe the folks with the answer(s) to their questions would be happy to answer in the proper forum.

I have noticed that some posters on this blog just like to whine about the sun coming up and setting...duh

I think hiring from outside the district is a stinky little bit of cronyism coming from the superintendant who hired every one of her lieutenants from, surprise, outside PUSD. Pretty soon we'll have a school system as good as Alum Rock or Fremont. As if that's something to strive for. Jeez Pleasanton.

Sometimes a hire from outside the district is a good idea. For example, the new Principal at Foothill is going some great things.

Sounds like the 3-2 vote has to do with the allegations of the person with the last name of S at the cabinet level using the B-word and F-word as the affidavit stated signed under perjury stated. Well, with the 3-2 vote, it looks like it is 'cabinet privilege' and that three board members (probably Grant, Laursen and Bowser) believe it is perfectly okay to tantrum, yell slurs, use profanities like the F-word and B-word to employees, parents and children as long as you are a member of the 'cabinet' or have a title that includes the word 'superintendent' in it.

Ms. Ahmadi is soon to be facing why you are facing multiple lawsuits and OCR complaints. Not because of "nightmare parents" or overreaching feds or confusing laws. . . or whatever theories you may have. It is because you have terribly, horribly, badly mishandled the management of the Pleasanton Unified School District and our children's education and parents and employees will not put up with it.
