With all of these terrorists bombing buildings and hijacking airplanes entering the U.S. on fraudulent student F-1 visas, I am outraged that the city and school district would be so very negligent and incompetent to have something like this operating in our city. I queried the state CEQA website and it also looks like no EIR or any other CEQA document was ever prepared and submitted. How can you approve a university with no environmental review document as is required by State law?

I'm looking at the September 8, 2009 staff report that Luz Cazares wrote. How can a 'university' consist of only 171 Square Feet (a 13 feet X 13 feet room) with the so called "Registrar Office" on the TVU website be a bank account listed next to the 4665 Bernal address?????

There are blatant lies in the Cazares report. David Sell on the court web page states he certainly never leased 4455 Stoneridge Drive to be used to hold actual classes for a university, but Luz's staff report says the principal offices were at 4455 Stoneridge Drive. Also she says they were a non-profit, but they were never a non-profit.

The 'faculty' web pages are cut and pasted pictures from faculty teaching at other colleges and universities. Their testimony says their identities were stolen. And Tri-Valley University School of Law was never accredited by CALBar, the School of Medicine was never accredited by any State medical organization (and just where were the drugs supposed to be stored for the Pharmacy school?), and it was never accredited by any regional accreditation body and had no license to even operate in the State of California.

The internet immigration and trackitt forums show Su posting as RisingSun claiming to be a PUSD/TVU student where something called CPT/OPT would be granted allowing Student F-1 visas with an "allow to work in the US" component to be issued trying to recruit other 'students.' How in the world did this happen?

How did this criminal organization end up being located at PUSD and 3 other locations in Pleasanton?

It baffles me that our administrative/finance director allowed this to occur. How can you lease part of a school facility, which has students there with Village High School and Horizon High School, without completely verifying the business? The finance director should be fired for putting our students in harms way. Perhaps if you need to rent space for an illegitimate or illegal business your best best is to go to the school district and just put the word 'University' as part of your business name.

I, too, am astounded that those at the top of our school district were either completely taken in by the woman running this operation, or made no effort to check that it was a genuine educational establishment.

I have no idea who was responsible for leasing the property. However, I recall that, in December 2012, this newspaper reported that the person whose name has been mentioned in several posts in connection with this case was granted a substantial, and highly controversial, salary increase. The increase was justified on the grounds that she had received another job offer and the district was anxious to retain her services. (See the link below.) For me, this makes the granting of the lease all the more inexplicable.

Jtjh, thank you for posting that.

I also find it a dead giveaway that with the out-of-the-blue quotes of Teacher A in the documents (the 41 page one) posted on the PUSD website about Gandhi and the Resurrection of Gandhi, that this reference to Indians is quite odd in her statements to remove Jon Vranesh. It corresponds to the Federal accusations that Su exploited and took cash/credit card payments from mainly Indians. Jon Vranesh had nothing to do with this lease, but the teacher is talking about Gandhi? Seems like a Freudian slip to me. Is this because his removal was artificially engineered to happen around the time of this trial?

I also find it surprising that the APT president Peggy Carpenter, who is supposed to advocate for certificated teachers, is pushing for the promotion and the raise for this exact administrator/finance director in the link you provided with: " an amazing individual who's brought so much to the district," said APT President Peggy Carpenter. "If you want quality, you have to pay for it sometimes."

What she has "brought so much to the district" seems to me from the press reports is an illegal, student visa F-1 mill, endangering students of the district and the entire nation.

Looks like the PUSD has once again hidden the public records act documents. How long are they going to get away with this?

Please see the " Two school district employees refute investigator report" for more links to related articles for the PUSD and Cazares' involvement in this case.

I'm with Mr.Mandrake. What happened to the public records act documents that used to be posted on the PUSD website? NOW WHAT is being hidden or changed about the JV Walnut Grove issue?

More info available, also if you look at the release of the investigation documents, there was a document called document 28 with 2 pages. I looked at in detail. In it, it describes a conversation in a van with apparently members of the "cabinet" traveling in a van to what looks like perhaps Lodi CA for interview sessions. It doesn't look like it could be Odie Douglas because it appears that is who they were traveling to interview.

The Declaration describes a yelling, profane, outburst by one of the cabinet members and describes words to the effect that the person was going to go after a particular teacher that wrote a particular email. The District failed to delete the ending "s" of the person's last name and failed to delete the ending apostrophe of all the possessive references to this person's name. One the bottom of page 1, point 6, the District failed to redact the ending apostrophe of the possessive part of the sentence reflecting the person's name that said "I was shocked at [redacted]' to the email..." and later on the next page "[redacted]' comments." Next, page 2, point 6 refers to "Based on [redacted]' harsh and offensive comments...." and "[redacted]' harsh comments crossed the lines of propriety." On page 2, point 8, the statement continues "as [redacted] [redacted]s continued...." showing the last name of the person ends with the letter s.

So this person that signed this detailed Declaration under the laws of Perjury is apparently talking about someone who went on a F word, B word tirade with threats of retaliation against a teacher and this person who did this has a last name whose name ends with 's' and who is a member of the Superintendent's cabinet. And we know that because the District failed to fully redact the document.

Don't miss out on the discussion!
