New Leaf Health Fair March 15 &16: Free Community Event

The annual health fair at New Leaf Community Markets is chock full of free educational opportunities. Between 10am - 6pm, a variety of local health practitioners, chefs, and food purveyors will be on hand giving demonstrations and consultations. Vitamin, supplement, and body care vendors will also be on hand answering questions and giving out free product samples. In addition, from 8am - 9pm, New Leaf will say thank you to its customers by offering 20% OFF on all vitamins, supplements and body care products!

Schedule of events:

Saturday, March 15:
11 am – 2 pm: Benefits of Cold Pressed Juicing Demonstration with Zoran RS
12 – 2 pm: Live Beet Kvass Demonstration with Kelly Dearie, founder of Creative Cultures
2 – 5 pm: Gluten-Free Info Table with Gluten-Free Coach Kim Rice
2 - 5 pm: Health and Nutrition Table with Health Coach Karen Sabetan
2 – 6 pm: Craniosacral Therapy Demonstration with Aimee McDonald
10 am – 6 pm: Platinum Fitness Info Booth

Sunday, March 16:
10 am – 2 pm: Health and Nutrition Table with Health Coach Karen Sabetan
11 am – 1 pm: Benefits of Plant-Based Diet with Chef Lisa Williams
2 – 5 pm: Gluten-Free Info Table with Gluten-Free Coach Kim Rice
2 – 7 pm: Craniosacral Therapy Demonstration with Aimee McDonald
10 am – 6 pm: Platinum Fitness Info Booth
