Hundreds downtown for festive holiday shopping

Pleasanton's downtown came alive over the weekend with special holiday events ranging from "Earlier Than the Bird" special sales at 22 downtown merchants from 7 to 11 a.m. to afternoon and evening strolls complete with wine, beer, music and tasty samplings.

Nice to see. This is another excellent win-win tie-up between commerce and exercise. It's great for merchants and consumers alike!
