Yes indeed I was arrested for felony child abuse, but I was charged, with misdemeanor child abuse.
I ask everyone to take special interest in what has happened here!
My daughter who I love and care for as a single father, was abducted by a company [portion removed], why? Because the night before I took her cell phone for ditching school and sneaking off with her friend. I have had no contact with her since. I have been restrained from my home now vacant. I was court ordered to return her phone. Officers refused statements from neighbors and witnesses.
I return to court the 3rd time on Jan 6. Superior court Pleasanton come see!

@ Lance. I support you. Kids these days know just the right thing to say to get the police to look at parents for child abuse. They know my crying "wolf" they will get what they want. We had the same issue with my daughter. She was lying, cutting school, etc. She went into school and told the school resource officer we were mistreating her. They questioned us, realized she was trying to pull a fast one, I said I didn't want to her home at the moment, they put her in group home (not in Pleasanton by the way) for 3 weeks. She couldn't wait to come back home to Pleasanton and our rules. Teenagers lie and are maniplutive. I hope things turn out right for you.
