If one goes to the web site listed, it specifically states that if you have solar, they can't do an energy diagnosis.

right. cuz it's about pg&e monitoring our usage. they want to charge by time of day use, but SO unfair to hot tri-valley users, who must use air cond. yet, they do not make elec cars pay their fair share....somehow, we're suppose to give them a 'free ride" along with a basket of subsidies.
