Harold 'Harry' D. James

Harold "Harry" D. James, 81, died March 16 in Hayward surrounded by family and friends.

He was born April 11, 1929, in Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. For 30 years he owned a clothing store in Fremont called Sir James Clothing for Men. He was an avid golfer, painter and poetry writer.

He is survived by his children Mark James and Rick and Tracy Heidebrecht; four grandchildren; and friend Sharon Luther. Private services are being held tomorrow in Pleasanton.
