Chamber offers free document shredding at its final trade show of year tonight in Pleasanton
Over 30 exhibitors, culinary samplings being offered at event open to public

The Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce will host its final Business Tradeshow and Mixer of the year from 5-7 p.m. tonight 14 at the Pleasanton Hilton Hotel.
The event will feature an evening of culinary samplings from exhibitors, including high-end Mexican cuisine from Blue Agave Club, a signature dish from Valley Catering, Bundt Cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes, sushi from Zakuro Japanese Bistro and Sushi Bar, and Indian/Pakistani food from Anarkalee Restaurant.
Susie Weiss, the chamber's manager of Communications and Special Events, said that those attending the mixer can also take one to two boxes of documents to be destroyed securely by Shred-It for free.
The cost to attend is $12 which includes two refreshments and a chance to win over 15 prizes, including a two-night stay with breakfast at the Hilton. The event is open to the public.
Exhibitors at Wednesday's tradeshow and mixer include the Pleasanton Weekly as well as these other organizations:
1st United Services Credit Union, Advanced Physical Therapy & Ergonomics, Alameda County Fairgrounds, American Laser Skincare, B2B Gathering, California Dent Works, Club One Fitness, CMIT Solutions, Earl Anthony's Dublin Bowl, Pleasanton's Economic Vitality Committee, Hacienda Business Park and the Hilton Pleasanton at The Club.
